Royal Brackla was the first distillery to bear a royal seal and is known for its classic Highland spice and soft, slightly smoky fruit character. This whiskey has been mellowed slightly by maturing for over 15 years in a refill cask, which has added a delicate vanilla sweetness, tropical fruits and citrus notes.

Tasting reveals a rich palette of flavors including panna cotta, citrus zest and chocolate honeycomb. The full flavor experience also includes apricot, roasted chestnuts, mature oak, walnut oil, blackcurrant compote and cooked orange candy, creating a complex and appealing whisky.
