Shetland Reel Simmer

Inspired by magical celestial phenomena, Simmer Gin is a refreshing and aromatic gin, created to celebrate the Shetland summer twilight, known locally as Simmer Dim. The long summer days and a persistent amber sky at sunset influence the eight botanicals in our recipe, including orange peel and licorice root.

Smell & Taste: Immediately we catch a scent of sweet orange. The taste gives us orange tones and licorice that linger and give us a long finish.
