A rebuilt and active HHD cask from ex-Bourbon forms the basis of this distillate. Medium-bodied with clear sweet and fruity notes that explode with a firework of vanilla in its various forms. The taste offers us complexity, sweet and spicy single malt from Blair Athol Distillery and the finish bursts with crème brulée, hazelnut and nutmeg.
